Agents of SHIELD/Avengers vs Winter Soldier/HYDRA

My friend and I want to create a game that is the offscreen rescue of Bucky that occurs between Avengers 2 and Ant-Man.

Do you think it's balanced? Any suggestions?

Here's what we got so far 698PTS total:

Alpha - 175PTS

Along with his AE

Beta - 300PTS

Delta - 223PTS
