My venue's having a 400pt Golden Age event and this is what I came up with. Wanted some feedback on one of the 2 teams I'm thinking of. The rules are relics are the only things allowed and the maximum range for any powers/special powers(Outwit, Perplex, PC, TK, etc) is 4. No constructs, resources, ID cards, etc.

Kyle rayner has awesome range why would you want to cripple him with a 4 range?

That's the rules for the event. Any range values that are higher than 4( like the minimum distance for perplex, PC, Outwit) are all reduced to 4 by default

I wouldn't use kyle i would go with chase hulk from aa if you got him cant be counterd fullm movement charge hard to kill
