What happens when:

a) copycat steals a character assigned an entity? I copycat assigned the entity until switched back?

b) can copycat steal a prime figure if the stealing team already has a prime figure?

So yes, Copycat would be assigned the Entity.

If you are playing copycat, everything assigned to her gets assigned to the character she switches with and everything assigned to the stolen character gets assigned to copycat.

When copycat becomes part of your force again the things she was originally were assigned become assigned to her again.

As far as stealing a prime goes, there was a ruling made but I couldn't find it with my quick search, but I believe you couldn't add a second prime with copycat to your force. That might have changed, but it was like that at some point since she was made.
