Did I not hear Icons Experienced Joker? What is this blasphemy? He made such an annoying strategy viable and even though PS is around now, it's still possible.

I almost mentioned him for that very reason. But he got nudged down the list because of how much I loved the Legacy version back in the day.

Icons Joker would probably be #5 on my list, behind the new Emperor Joker. And the only reason neither version of Emperor Joker was on my list was because I was looking for versions that were a bit more pure to the character.
