So I was reading the rulebook, and it says you're only allowed to use one effect per attack if you would evade it. Does that mean if I use Shapechange, don't roll successfully, then I would not be allowed to use Super Senses? I think I might be able to since Shapechange says that the attacker must select another legal target.
Also, if I have two units with Shapechange, one is attacked and it rolls successfully so that the attacker must target the second unit, is the second unit allowed to roll for Shapechange? And what would happen?

If your figure has Shape change and Super Senses:
Your opponent declares an attack against that figure.
You roll Shape Change. If you succeed with a 5 or 6, your opponent cannot attack that figure with the attacker and if able to do so, must declare another legal target. Otherwise, that attacking figure receives an action token, without being able to resolve the attack.
If you fail the roll for Shape Change, your opponent attacks.
If the attack is successful, you roll Super Senses. On a 5 or 6, your character evades the attack.
If figure A and B both have Shape Change, and the first figure rolls Shape Change successfully and the attacking figure is able to legally attack the second figure with Shape Change, that figure would also get to roll for it.
Shape Change doesn't evade attacks, it makes it so a figure with Shape Change cannot be targeted if the roll is successful.
Super Senses allows a figure to evade the attack, if it is successfully hit with an attack AND it successfully rolls for Super Senses. If the attack is unsuccessful, the figure with Super Senses does not have to roll for it. If the Super Senses roll is unsuccessful, then the figure does not evade the attack and takes damage (barring a damage reducer like Impervious, Invulnerability, or toughness; or a damage ignoring ability like Invincible).
Hope that helps!

Shape Change prevents a character from being targeted, while Super Senses evades. I'm not sure exactly what part of of the rule book you're reading but I assume it is alluding to if you were to have Super Senses on your dial and granted from a relic, entity, resource etc. you could only get one shot at evading per an attack.
I believe the Rulebook was referring to one figure evading multiple times with the same type of evasion power.
Example, your figure already have Super Senses, and you assigned another game elements that gives it Super Senses. So theoretically, your figure can use Super Senses twice, first, from his own power and second, from the game element. The rule was to there to disallow 1 figure to use his/her evasion power (Super Senses) twice (or more) for the same attack.
So I was reading the rulebook, and it says you're only allowed to use one effect per attack if you would evade it.
I wonder where you got that from, as there is nothing that says this in the rulebook.
Are you perhaps confused by this section of the rules on page 10:
If a character can use multiple game effects to reduce and/or ignore damage dealt, only one of those game effects can activate, to be decided by the character‘s controlling player.
This is only for powers that ignore or reduce damage. Evading an attack is neither.
Already answered well by other players but this being heroclix there are exceptions for example the skrull team ability.
SKRULLS This character can use Shape Change, but only succeeds on a roll of 6. Using Shape Change in this way does not prevent the character
from using Shape Change through another game effect.
So you could roll shape change for the team ability then shape change on your dial then super senses all for the same attack.
Perhaps a similar example is the new wording of the KC team ability, which may be used along with Super Senses against a ranged combat attack:
Kingdom Come: When this character would be hit by a ranged combat attack, if the attacker doesn’t have Kingdom Come team ability, you may roll a d6. On a result of a 5 – 6, this character evades the attack. Uncopyable.
Super Senses: When this character is hit by an attack, you may roll a d6 before damage is dealt. On a result of 5 or 6, this character evades the attack.
