Can someone give me insight into how Agent 37's special attack power works! Does he pick a clear square within his range and LOF and then draw LOF from that square and his range? In other words, let's say Agent 37 picks a square of clear terrain and LOF 6 squares away (his range) can he then target an opposing character 6 more squares away from that chosen spot?? Can't find anything that really clarifies it and the wording on his card is little unclear! The only thing from WES is below but not sure it answers my question....
A37xxxxxCSxxxxxOF
CS= clear square
OF= opposing figure

No. The distance between the target opposing character and the chosen square must be within Agent 37's range value.
THE DOWNSIDE OF A SOLO ACT: NO ONE AROUND TO SEE YOU DO THE COOL STUFF.: Before making a ranged combat attack, choose one: Agent 37 can use Precision Strike for the attack or you may draw line of fire from an unoccupied square of clear terrain within range and line of fire to target a single opposing character within Agent 37's range for the attack.
No. Agent 37's power just lets him pick a more optimal square to draw LOF from to target the opposing character. The opposing character still has to be within his range in order for Agent 37 to attack him.

He's still limited by range, but the "choose a square" ability lets him shoot around corners, other characters, etc. He's making ricochet bank shots, if that helps you think of it thematically.

Yes. This is not akin to Telekinesis. If the Unoccupied Square of Clear Terrain (A) is within Agent 37's (B) range and Line of Fire. And the target of the attack (C) is within Range of Agent 37(B) - LoF not necessary. Then (A) does not need to be within Range of (C); (A) just requires LoF to (C).
