Such a cool Wanda! I absolutely love the added benefit of making your opponent think twice about re-rolling your successful hit! Great value for 75 points. She's moving for free (Avengers TA) while using X-men ta for free which is a cool added bonus. I'd definitely throw the Hex magic marker on my offensive threat right away. Figures that can make multiple attacks such as LE Doc Ock and TMNT chase Mikey will get the most mileage.. in theory both examples I gave have close to a 100% chance of landing a crit given the 3-5 attacks they can each make. A must have for fun themes and competitive implications as well. I look forward to seeing all the potential combos the community comes up with!!

Of all the Avengers Unity Division figures in the set, Wanda might be the least offense-oriented, and thus the best choice to use the move+free X-Men TA trait. Could be a potent combination with the All-New, All-Different X-men trait the Claremont Era crew has...

Close to a 100%?
You have 6 out of 36 chances of a crit. With Doctor Octopus you get 4 attacks a turn. The chances of landing at least 1 critical is 6/36 + (30*6/36/36) + (30*30*6/36/36/36) + (30*30*30*6/36/36/36/36) = 51.77%. Which is a nice chance, more than half of the times you'll land at least a crit, but that's not close to 100%.
I cracked her recently, and I'm really excited to start playing her.
I think her Hex Magick will really pay off with some good Mind Control support; give it to your opponent's main attacker and it messes with them, but since they're friendly to you during MC, you get the full benefit offensively with their piece. And given that she themes with the likes of Moondragon, Professor X, and Brother Voodoo, she's never gonna be short on friends to help her out with that.
The rest of her is pretty awesome, too. She's very well built both as a support piece and a secondary attacker without feeling ridiculous for her points. I'm gonna get a lot of mileage out of this one.
Hello, and welcome to HeroClix, the game where everything's made up and the points sometimes matter.
the Hex Magick is a cute gimmick but overall it's the least impressive part of Wanda's power set. full dial of prob, 7 range, ways to break through defenses on every click, and the Avengers Unity Division Trait makes her a worthwhile support piece/ secondary attacker/ medic all for 75 points.
I've been playing her a lot and I think her Hex Marker is better off with an opposing character. Between it and her own probability control you have a 11/36 = 30.55% chance of making your opponent crit miss, which is more than 1 out of every 4 attacks, which goes up to a staggering 42% (41/108) if you can add a second probability control to the mix, which is actually more probable than rolling an 8. I have had a World's Finest Shazam! deal himself 4 damage just from crit failing with her and John Constantine, and that still leaves 135 points for a primary attacker.
