The SP lets you group your foes around Chief Magistrate. You can set them up for EE or Quake, you can mess with formations, you can force them to punch or break away from a Chief Magistrate who is almost KOed at that point. Anything that lets you rearrange opposing pieces has potential even without the PW damage and token.

its an AMAZING piece except for the keyword problem. NO named theme team is pretty suckish for a piece
