HOLDING AN OBJECT A character can hold only one object at a time. When an object is held by a character, it occupies the same square(s) as that character, but can’t normally be targeted, destroyed, or taken away from the holding character.
I know this rule, but I don't know if the "all" in this case trumps the "normally," since Special Powers are generally specific exceptions to the rules as stated. (On the other hand, "can't" trumps "can.") Would it have to say explicitly "including held objects?"

No, it doesn't. You have to be specifically told a held object can be interacted with. All this tells us is that multiple objects (that aren't held) will all be affected; no picking and choosing.

No, it doesn't. I really wish people would stop saying this. If can't beat can, then stuff like IT: OO wouldn't do anything... that says character can make ranged combat attacks if adjacent to opposing characters, but the rules tell use that can't happen.
A better rule of thumb is specific usually beats general. Generally, adjacent opposing characters prevent ranged combat, but IT: OO specifically says otherwise.
Nothing in Silver Swan's effect specifically overrides the general "no touching held objects" rule.
