Agent Coulson from the NFAOS set # 36 stipulates the following: "Agent Coulson can use Enhancement and Leadership. When he uses Leadership and succeeds, he may instead remove an action token from up to 2 friendly characters that share a keyword with him." So, if let's say Sentry from the new LE and the new Punisher are on his team he could remove a token from each of those characters because Sentry has Avengers keyward and Punisher has the soldier keyward? I am curious because Agent Coulson's ability is not specific of allied point cost nor is it specific about adjacency. I do realize that most of the time leadership is able to remove a token from an adjacent ally of lower point cost: however as this ability did not stipulate specifically I would greatly appreciate clarification.

Look at the description of leadership and sub in 2 instead of 1. That's the only difference. You follow all normal rules unless the power states otherwise.

I haven't paid attention to the point values of CW figures, but under the assumption that they're both higher then Coulson then he can not remove tokens from either.
Assuming your typing of the power is correct, then the Leadership power just adjusts to one successful leadership removing tokens from two adjacent lower point characters.
