So when you use an ID card, you roll a die and click it that many times, can that roll be prob'ed if you have LoF to the jet? It doesn't say can't be rerolled

Clicking the Dial - When you remove an ID Card from the game using its Call In Help ability, you may roll a d6 and turn this resource's dial clockwise that many times. When Quinjet clears action tokens or takes damage from an opposing character's attack, after actions resolve, you may turn this resource dial once clockwise.

The Resource is making the die roll. The Resource is not a character.
PC only targets characters.
PROBABILITY CONTROL Once during your turn, this character allows you to reroll one of your rolls, ignoring the original roll. A character using this power must be within range (minimum range 6) and line of fire to the character for which the original roll was made. Using the same rules, once per round during an opponent’s turn, this character allows you to force that opponent to reroll one of their rolls, ignoring the original roll.
If there are other effects that can cause a reroll that don't care about character's (like The Ancient One), then you could potentially use that.
Myxy's "messing with the odds"... on the other hand...
THAT might be viable.
No "might" about it. Messing Around With The Odds does not care about characters; it works just fine:
MESSING AROUND WITH THE ODDS: At the beginning of the game, roll a d6 that can't be rerolled and place the rolled result on this card. Give Mr. Mxyzptlk a power action if there is no d6 on this card, roll a d6 that can't be rerolled and place the rolled result on this card. Whenever any dice that can be rerolled are rolled (including as part of a 2d6 roll), you may remove the d6 from this card and replace one of those die results with the rolled result from the d6 removed from this card.
