I really enjoy this guy but have a question on his special power.
I understand how the use of Regen works with two action tokens, that is pretty clear, but let's say Dr. Conners is on click 4 after a heavy hit from say someone like Spider-man with a big ole Rock and a second attack occurs dealing another 3 damage from a second source. My question is this after the damage resolves does he heal a click even if KO'd or since the power was present at the beginning of the attack does he heal back to his last click of life?
If he is KO'd, he can't heal. The power still triggers when he takes the damage, but figures are removed as soon as they are turned to a KO click, and nothing in Lizard's power lets you return him once that happens.

It's also important to note that Lizard doesn't heal 1 click if the power wasn't showing before he took the damage. If he gets hit while on click one he just takes the damage without healing a click.
I feel like WIN didn't answer the timing question that was asked on their site.
Thunderfrog asks;
"CELLULAR REGENERATION: When Lizard takes damage from an attack, heal him 1 click. When Lizard has 2 action tokens, he can use Regeneration as a free action
So, what is the timing of the first part of this power?
- Lizard is hit and damaged, it heals 1 click and then the action resolved.
- Lizard is hit and damaged, the action resolved and then it can be healed by one click."
The healing is triggered by the taking of the damage and does not state "after actions resolve" so it will be done as soon as the dial has been turned for damage from an attack. This is especially important to note in regards to things like knockback and effects that can deal extra damage after actions resolve like incapacitate.

I think they answered it pretty clearly. Like you said, he takes damage, you turn the dial, then he heals. The Incap interaction might trip people up. Basically, if he gets a second token and takes a push click from it, no healing. If he has 2 tokens and Incap deals 1 to him, he heals. I'm not sure why knockback would matter though, other than the heal would happen before the knockback.

WIN: Lizard will first take the damage from the attack and then, assuming he is not KO'd, he will heal 1 click.
I saw their response, I just feel like it could have been much clearer. Obviously he heals after he takes damage per the words in the power but it seemed like the asker was looking for a bit more than "If he takes damage from an attack then heal him."

I guess it depends on how you look at it. The wording for Cellular Regeneration is really similar to Steal Energy.
STEAL ENERGY
Each time an opposing character takes damage from a close combat attack made by this character, heal this character of 1 damage.
The only real difference is who is being healed: the attacker (Steal Energy) or the character that was damaged (Lizard). The timing is identical.
So basically, if it would trigger a Steal Energy heal, it will trigger Cellular Regeneration, too. Same timing (takes damage), too.
If you look at it that way, no more information is needed...presuming, of course, you know how Steal Energy is supposed to work.

Exactly. The simple fact that the asker could not extrapolate that themselves is what leads me to believe that their answer was not in depth enough for the asker.

Well, they tend to only answer the specific questions asked, which is the simplest, most direct way to do things. If people have further questions about the timing in relation to other things happening within the action, they can still ask them, without the individual answer posts getting too muddied up by dealing with too much at once. They were specifically asked if it takes place after actions resolve or not, so that's all they answered.
I'm not sure why knockback would matter though, other than the heal would happen before the knockback.
The simplest example, he's on click 5 and up against a wall, and takes one damage with knockback. He will get to heal before the knockback, thus preventing a ko.
