LORD OF THE UNDERWORLD: When a character would miss and doesn't have a Contract token on its card, that character's player may place one on that character's card and that character can use Probability Control to target that attack roll. Characters with a Contract token on their card modify their defense value by -1 and when they are KO'd, Mephisto may heal 1 click.

MYSTICAL LORD: At the beginning of your turn, you may choose a square within range and line of fire and place a Mindless One bystander token as included with this card in the chosen square. If there are no friendly Mindless One bystander tokens on the map, this is a free action. If there is 1 friendly Mindless One bystander token on the map, this is a power action. If there are 2 or more friendly Mindless One bystander tokens on the map, this is a double power action.

So my question:

Say Dormy pops out a MO pog. Pog shoots, misses. Gets a Contract token. Then pog dies. Dormy pops out another pog. Is that pog still considered to have the Contract token on him? Or is he considered a completely new and seperate pog? Thanks

So that combined with figures that can make multiple bystanders repeatedly seems kinda,,, broken? Like running 2 OP kit Mysterios. Their actions dont count towards your action limit. So 4 of them, borrowing AV from another SS member. 4 free incaps w/prob 2 turns in a row with 4 heals for Mephisto every 3 turns?

A player at my store opened Mephisto and Devil Dinosaur for our release sealed. Needless to say, he won.

Would the pogs qualify for the token as they have no card to put it on? I would think it would not.

They still do. there's a clarification on the WIN about it (currently on my phone or I'd grab it).

A game effect that instructs you to place an item on their card (such as a token, marker, or object) is simply indicating that the item is placed somewhere to show that the character has it.
