My question has to do with this guy



He has an ability "sneaking in“ to make an adjacent stanadard friendly character tiny. Does that mean any single based character? Does it mean any starburst character? Or does it mean they have to be a starburst and a single base?

[C]A standard character is a character that is not a bystander and does not possess the , , , , , or combat symbols.

You gave him a fire, I set him on fire.

So you couldn't use him to turn the Quinjet into a tiny size character and then fire the Quinjet into battle with Hawkeye. But you can with with Mr. Mxyzptlk?

I would think so, because Hawkeye's power says "place".

EDIT: WK has ruled that while a multibase character can have its damage symbol changed, it cannot be carried. Place, as we all know, is not carry. So it could be inferred that Hawkeye's power would work.

Yeah, Hawkeye's power would work on a Tiny Quinjet just fine.

And for reference, multi-based characters not being able to be Carried is right on the PAC.
