Curious about your Justice League Obsidian age lineup.
Currently I would play it like this.
94 D10A007 Nightwing
85 WKD16-004 Green Arrow
75 WKD16-010 The Atom
71 BD004 Hawkgirl
115 WKD16-012 Firestorm
100 WF029 Jason Blood
59 JL044 Major Disaster
599
I'd love to have Faith and a new Hawkgirl and Major Disaster to finish it out, but it's not bad like this. There are definitely options that would allow you to tweak it. You can even get it down to 500 points if you like.

I really need to read this again. I am pretty sure I have the trades.
I love building comic-accurate teams. (Points be damned)
I try to build my collection with this theme in mind. This is why I have multiples of some figures. This way, they could face off if I decided to do a home tournament.
Just built a JSA: Thy Kingdom Come lineup for this reason. I think there were 2 teams in this JLA story, so combined it would be an epic throwdown.
Really sad to hear TMNT2 Rat King never got a mention. That thing is a tremendous support piece! Just because he doesn't completely destroy teams by himself doesn't mean his work is less awesome. He's immensely hard to target when played right, and in the meantime, he is almost guaranteed to turn your most powerful threat against you with super-targeted mind control, 12 ATK (after perplex), & PC. I really want to include him in every team I make, he's just that amazing!
Non-binary. Please refer to me in "they/them" pronouns. Thank you.
I, for one, am in 100% accordance with your conversation on this episode about building teams, and being in this game purely from a comic book fan's perspective. I'm not at all what I would describe as a "gamer" person; i've never played Magic, or any other game like that; I am playing just as you described because of comics and have been since Clobberin' Time. I build teams as you do and selfishly wish every other person playing this game did the same. (clapping for this episode) You nailed exactly why and how I play and I wish more did. It also shocks me people play this game that know nothing about comics and don't read them.

I've spoken of Rat King at length on other occasions. I've played him multiple times on both Mystical and Animal teams. I didn't want to harp on the greatness of the same pieces over and over.
But thanks for pointing out that he has the Monster keyword, as I'm not sure I had noticed that one, considering his other keywords are bigger favorites of mine. I will have to look at Monster teams for him now.
All things considered, you are likely correct in calling me out on that one. Because he probably does better, and more sought after, things for Monster teams than he does for his other keywords.
For Willpower on Superman.. just use the Green lantern Battery.. so you get willpower on superman.. and you can give him 10 range with the sniper rifle.

That's mean. And we don't usually play Resources. But still... I love it!
ragdoll, highfather(with greed relic), greed(with proselite entity & omega drive), .. 2 Takions on the sidelines ..
trigger ragdoll damage on highfather 3 times, then in round 2 .. let greed steal the revert ability.. except he switches in on click #1..
Bonus Points...
... Hope summers can also copy the revert.. and come in on click #2
... Lantern Resource.. support.. to get highfather or hope back to click #1 after revert.

Yeah, that's totally not our style. But I can appreciate the ingenuity.
It's spelled Duhg. It probably isn't pronounced Doug, but that's how I choose to say it. He is the leader of the invading forces at the beginning of Thor: The Dark World. He was a rare in that set.
Regarding your ponderings on giving Adam Strange running shot in addition to his Zeta Beam Trait, I can throw out a very good reason to be glad of Running Shot.
Say you've got Adam out in the middle of the map, and you've got your opponent closing in on him and he's in a precarious spot. If you use your Zeta Beam to move out of there to somewhere better, there's a 50/50 chance that it's going to pull him right back into the spot he escaped from. That'd be a case where I'd use Running Shot instead,
