I agree. Starting w/ FLAMING WEBBING will allow the Hulk-ster to exert tremendous board control, tossing out Action Tokens like flaming marshmallows. Assuming flaming marshmallows are common where you're from, of course. :-)

Starting on the 200 point line, Spirit of Veg Red Hulk can maneuver quickly and has "Stunning Blow-Lite" as a SP which will lock down opponents quickly. Great sculpt, good stats, and easy to obtain. I have an extra if anyone wants to trade.
