Bizarro World
A critical miss does not deal the attacker damage. Instead, after the attack resolves the target of the attack is healed of 1 damage. After a critical hit is resolved, remove an action token from the target of the attack if it has more than one action token.
Since the special rules are impossible to read on that map, here they are, copied from emouse's atlas thread:

Toxic Lunar Debris: Debris tokens a SPECIAL tokens that follow all rules for heavy objects. Before the first turn of the game, beginning with the second player, all players alternate turns placing three debris tokens, one at a time, on unoccupied squares marked with an X. At the end of each player's turn, that player rolls 2d6 and moves debris tokens a number of squares equal to the result, divided among the tokens moved. For each 6 rolled, you may deal 1 unavoidable damage to a ship adjacent to a token after it is moved (max 1 damage per ship.) If a token is destroyed during a player's turn, at the end of that player's turn that player places a new debris token on any unoccupied X.

1) Richochet will use running shot to move to G6 and take a shot at Sinister, using his ricochet disks to draw line of fire and count the range from L11. 11 vs 18, rolled 5,2=7 for a hit.
Sinister Masterminds the damage to Sabretooth.

2) Old Man Spider will phase to G5, carrying The Spider-Man, Silk, and Gwen to F4, F5, and F6.
Free) OMS will sidestep to E3, carrying TSM to E4, Richochet to F3, Silk to D4, and Gwen to D5.
End of turn--rolled 6,2 for the debris roll.
I'll move the one from C7 to I13 and deal 1 damage to Mystique, and I'll move the one from H6 to J8.
