"As per the Hammer ruling and E&C Normal Damage clarification... hopefully everyone realizes that he deals full damage to all targets hit since he is not splitting the damage using multiple bolts! Total monster."
Is this correct?!? Does he deal the FULL 5 damage to an shmucks standing next to each other when he does??

WOW. Whelp, I'll def. be busting ol' Dormy out more often now...
Fwiw, I do not like the Hammer ruling. It seems to contradict what is in the rule book: "When your character targets multiple targets with a ranged combat attack, make only one attack roll; compare this Attack Total to every target’s defense value. Divide the attacker’s damage value any way you choose among the successfully hit targets."
I do not see anything in Hammer's power which overrides this, and I do not see anything in the rules that indicates that this rule only applies when multiples are hit via multiple s.
That said, there was clearly a conscious effort to make it work like that since an older ruling on Winter Soldier had the damage divided, but that ruling was promptly removed (or changed...didn't go look now) when the Hammer ruling was made.
Now I will have to look and see is they provided a general e&c for one-click characters with no dials and sculpts (flock of bats, Einstein, etc.)
Last I looked, they hadn't (just the latest ruling).
I hope (/have a feeling) it will be in the new rule book under Bystanders.
Edit to add: And just like that, I see they did... (on 5/17)
"BYSTANDERS
[C]A bystander is a character which does not have a combat dial. Although a bystander has combat values and follows all normal rules for HeroClix characters, it does not click. If a bystander takes any damage, it is KO’d.
[C]Bystanders can have or gain keywords. They are still bystanders and follow all rules that apply to bystanders."
