Say you have a 500pt team of 5 characters and 4 of them share a named keyword, do I still get the theme team benefits?

To be a step more helpful, no. They all have to have the keyword. Italicized keywords are generic keywords that help for map roll only. Non-Italicized are generally team or event keywords, which will give you the full benefits of having a theme team ala Team Prob. But also, the rule book can answer most general inquiries.

The rule book also helps teach players how to distinguish incorrect rules advice from correct rules advice. If people are always just trusting the last person that told them something, the game will feel infinitely more confusing than it is.*

Which is why when people ask something answered plainly by the rule book, I feel the most helpful answer is to direct them to the rule book.

*I played in a WKO yesterday against a gentleman who is very new in the game (I believe he said it was his fourth day playing?). And he was incredibly frustrated when I told him he couldn't use Close Combat Expert with Charge (because he said people had been using that against him; he didn't clarify if that was today or in the other days before this). When he asked why, I told him why, and when he pressed further, I showed him exactly on the PAC with both powers. Now, if someone tries to use it against him again, he can show them on the PAC where they are wrong. If he just trusted me (or even the local judge) at my word, he would have nothing to show those people.
