Phenomenal. So many possibilities to make this already amazing guy even better. 12 attack with a 10 movement quake. Give him mini shredder to hold, the pocket tank for a real smash, grab an object on the way. No Indom but with the avdw 50/50 leadership common Cap, he should be good.
Such a great ID option, tbh. Every other half-decent hulk is wayyy too expensive, point-wise. But spending 5 points to Quake a grouped-up team?? (I'm talking to you, Bizarrow!!)

What I believe most people are missing is the passive effect of leap/climp. This allows his quake to cross elevations, with knock back 4 you will be able to knock chars off of elevated for a 2 damage boost. Fyi: civil war ata gives top dial side step. But only one quake a turn sry. But side step/free quake a building/leap away seems worth the 55 puts even for a one shot carried cannon.
Throw thunderball' s ball and chain on him, and watch him leap climb and quake everyone for 4 damage each!!!
You can Leap/Climb and Quake OR you can Quake for 4 damage from the Ball and Chain, but you can't do both.
