Yeah, I imagine they'd probably only get any real value with him, and then only if you plan on running Poison as an overall theme. Having a lot of 30-point pieces with Poison & Willpower is not inconsequential.

I have a question about his special power. Can Demon use Running Shot but not Willpower if Belphegor isn't within 8 squares? Or do both Running Shot and Willpower require Belphegor?

I would imagine that they would both require it since they are separated by a comma. If it was a period the RS would be separate and have its own requirements (in this case, none).
