This came up during sealed last night.


Hulk's movement power states:
Opponent was using him last night and we couldn't nail down exactly what this meant.

I assumed that "after resolutions" meant after the entire Charge action was resolved, giving Hulk a bonus attack, but the judge was thinking it wanted it to be a replacement attack. The opponent that was using the piece was not convinced either way and was happy to go with whatever decision we came to a consensus on.

We agreed to make it the bonus attack ruling against my hobbled Destroyer. I was pretty much doomed at that point anyway so I basically insisted on it.

After resolutions is the new term for "after actions resolve". So Hulk charges and does everything involved in that action then he may make an additional close attack targeting each giant or colossal he moved through during the charge action.

After actions resolved means Hulk charges, players decide to prob or not, the opposing character roles shape change, roles for imperv, and or takes damage then Hulk gets to make another attack. You're not replacing anything, Hulk gets two separate attacks it's just an awkwardly phrased power.
