I think you're talking about the Facebook tournaments that he hosts. They use Skype or some kind of Google meet-up online thing, I believe...though I could be wrong.

SLVRSR4 is correct. It is hosted by HeroClix International Exchange on Facebook. We organize the tournaments via the HIE Online page and the players play their games via Google Hangouts or Skype.

Thanks for the info. I can only manage a tournament a month due to the distance to the nearest venues so maybe I'll be able get some more use out of my clix this way.
