Would you be able to use the frey b/c/f when attacking with

BCF only works when given a CLOSE action. Doc Ock's multi attack is granted from a POWER action. Since attacks are different from actions, he can't use BCF.

Just to add on this guy too...if you are using this Doc Ock (the LE) then the answer is technically yes. Flurry is a CLOSE action that he gets to use as FREE. B/C/F would activate however due to the special nature of this flurry, he would have to use the locked damage value instead of Blades.

I think that would make the statement false also. FREE don't count as the same type of action, "at no cost" do.

I assumed he couldn't because of the consensus on Doc Ock.
However, something horrifying just occurred to me. If Quicksilver can't use frey, then Dark Angel Can't use his own BFC with his HSS.

Why would they be power actions?

He can use Flurry "at no cost" and things used "at no cost" still count as the original type of action they were. Flurry isn't a power action.

LE Doc Ock- No Blades, because he Flurrys as FREE

Quicksilver- Yes Blades, because he Flurrys "at no cost"
