Seems like a decent tie-up figure/mastermind fodder.

This Harley is a steal for 20 points. In a sealed match she was incredibly useful. Although she might not stand up to big bricks, against lower damage characters she is far more threatening than her dial might appear.

Didn't think much of her to begin with, but 20 points of Batman Enemy TA nicely fills a niche on a Snowfall team I'm making (and Harley's always had a certain Je Ne Sais Christmas to her aesthetic...)

Seems funny to include a Jewish character in a Christmas team.

I know this is a super old comment but Harleen Quinzel is half Jewish, this Harley is Hayley Fitzpatrick. As far as I can tell, Hayley Fitzpatrick has no specified heritage.
