Tabarnak! This is so cool! But why defend?

I believe she has defend so she can take care of non JSA T.A. but JSA KW friendlies like KC SUPERMAN. I believe KC BIG BLUE can’t be modified but can have his values replaced. Ma works on him Similar to night nurse. KC Lantern would also be amazing except he would be donating his defense to her and she could share it to non JSA TA friendlies. This is a great fig.

Excellent character, excellent dial. Well done, WK. Fred, the generic Defend and the fact that the SP's place effect (but not free heal) work on non-JSAers will really raise RT's effectiveness on Past and non-KW teams.

whoa! I didn't catch that part about the non KW JSA friendlies also being able to be moved. someone could team her up with those old commissioner Gordons from 5 years back and really cause some mayhem. More so with JL and JSA KW characters.

Underestimate Red Tornado at your peril. This is a Sidestepping piece with Willpower and a printed 10 attack/3 damage. Even if she never summons her allies to "come and get it", she brings a lot to the table. If her Justice Society allies are getting pinged (possibly through pushing) she can use her special to bring the healing... just be careful to have her positioned such that she can summon all the folks you want to heal.

With all the Empower the JSA has (Wildcat, HQ set Wonder Woman, Dr. Fate), Ma is quite a threat indeed.
