This is a full set based on all of the 50+ years of Doctor Who. Designed by Zarg and myself. The set isn't quite finished yet how ever I thought I would post what we have so far and update when I can finish more.

I've always felt Dr. Who would be incredibly difficult to translate into clix since the game is heavily combat based while The Doctor is known as a character who wins without resorting to violence (in most of his transformations anyway). So far I'm really impressed by the dial designs here. One, Two, and Five all get across the classic "find a way" style of The Doctor while being very different from one dial to the next. I'm looking forward to seeing how this trend continues.
One quick note, you appear to be missing flavor text on Six for his battle fury.
One of the nice things about a set based on Doctor Who is that many enemies are generics that let you build large armies. I imagine the two most popular would be the Cybermen and the Daleks.

Your take on Cybermen check all the boxes I was expecting (invulnerability, indomitable, penetrating damage) but the trait is really interesting. A lot of teams only have a handful of ways to get past damage reduction. So when running an all Cybermen force, at the cost of a couple KOs, your opponent is going to have to deal with invulnerability through sheer numbers which is easier said than done. The only thing really hurting them is most forces will out range/out run them. I'm hoping the Cyberking will offer some kind of buff to generic Cybermen to give sidestep or a version of carrying without the negative to movement speed.

Much like the Cybermen, I think the 60 point Dalek hits everything you really need as a generic. That said, I'm not sure the 100 point Dalek is worth the price. Better stats and better damage reduction are great but with Leap/Climb being incompatible with Running Shot it doesn't seem like a huge boost. I'm glad you didn't give them flight at this level, I think hovering is better represented by leap/climb, but I feel like the 40 point difference should offer something else too. Perhaps a limited form of "Protected: Outwit".
I look forward to seeing this set flush out, especially as you get to the later seasons of the show.
