The Stanley Parable is a game that lets you make your own decisions. You can do almost anything, Be it cruel or loving. And the entire time you have a Meta-Narrator speaking directly to the player and the PC.
One of the great things about this game, is that it has a grand total of eighteen different endings! Some even built around the player trying to exploit glitches.
So now, I will try to make dials representing Stanley and The Narrator.
Literally the only two characters in the game.
I have two ideas for how their dials could look. The Narrator and Stanley as separate dials, or them together on a single base as a non-duo duo.
Hope everyone enjoys!
Starting with Stanley.
When I started this I thought the figures would be hard, but Stanley is probably the hardest due to him being able to make any decision at all.

This is the sad story of a man named Stanley...: PROTECTED: outwit, opposing perplex. Following directions without question: Friendly characters named Narrator have: “POWER: give Stanley any action at no cost.” Creating a narrative contradiction: POWER: choose up to three squares within line of fire. Those squares become grounded hindering terrain. You would kill yourself to prevent my happiness!?!: Toughness. POWER: deal Stanley one penetrating damage. If you do, characters cannot be healed for the rest of the game. Choosing incorrectly : Outwit, perplex.
[color=black] “But but Stanley just couldn’t leave.”
“Stanley went through the door on the left.” (Sidestep)
[color=purple] “Stanley was so bad at obeying orders...” (willpower)

Reason: Adding stealth
Maybe the narrator could let the player make predictions about opposing characters, and then different things happen depending on whether the opposing player chooses to obey. For example, a prediction could be: "Superman attacked Batman with a ranged combat attack."
Just an idea.
Here is the Narrator Dial. You had a good suggestion Hein2208, so I incorporated it into the Dial.

Targeting/Movement: Everything. Narrating Stanley’s every move: Stealth. At the beginning of your turn: Choose a character and a type of action. If the chosen characters uses the chosen type of action before your next turn heal it one click and place a script token on its card. If it doesn’t give Narrator up to two action tokens. “Stanley? Please choose something...”: When the Narrator would be KO’d by an attack instead turn him to his last non-KO click. If the Narrator is the only character on your force he is KO’d. The Stanley Parable Adventure Line!: Once per game: FREE; generate The Stanley Parable Adventure Line. “Now listen carefully, this is very important.”: Mind Control as FREE; but only to target characters with a script token. “Oh no, you must be a real person!”: Outwit, Perplex, probability control.
“You ruined my game!” (Force Blast)
“can’t we just stop moving, and be happy?”(Incapacitate)
“you just activated the emergency detonation system.” (pulse wave)
“just ignore the Adventure Line, we can find our own story!” (Super Senses)

Leading you to the Story: Passenger:1. But only to carry a friendly character named Stanley.
Very cool!
Good choice on simplifying the prediction thing to just picking a type of action for the character. That's much better.
You should probably add a time limit to its fulfillment, though, such as "before your next turn".

Didn’t even notice that I forgot that. Editing now. I will probably have a non-duo duo of them sometime tomorrow or the day after. I look forward to your feedback on them too!

Targeting: Everything “Its very important that you make the right choice.”: When a Character would activate an effect that has two or more choices in it, The Stanley Parable may choose instead of the controlling player. “We’re Supposed to restart 8 times!?!”: During Force Comstruction place up to 8 restart tokens on this card (minimum 4). The Stanley Parable has a point value equal to the number of restart tokens on this card x 100. When The Stanley Parable would be KO’d instead Remove one restart token and turn them to their first click. Exploration game: The Stanley Parable cannot make ranged attacks except when using Mind Control or Telekinesis. “Stanley began to gently lift off the ground.”: Sidestep. When They do they have . “See? I had absolutely nothing to do with this game!: Telekinesis. When they do they may target all characters within range and place them in adjacent squares. When used this way they must also place themselves. “I tried again, and he pushed a button. I tried again, and he pushed a button...”: The Stanley Parable does not get action tokens. “But Stanley managed to enter the correct code by sheer luck!” : Once per turn reroll any roll within range and line of fire.
you can’t see the Narrator (stealth)
“you want control!?!” (mind control)
“Killing him instantly” (Precision strike)
“but There was no way Stanley could ever know that” (outwit)
“crushing every bone in his body” (close combat expert)
Any feedback? I feel it may be to powerful with the restart trait...

Reason: Editing restart Trait
I'd say 25 points per token is far too low. Since each token gives him 6 clicks of life, I'd value them closer to 100 points per token. Certainly over 50.
Otherwise, you'd have a 200 point figure with effectively 54 clicks of life, 8 catch-all stop clicks and infinite Willpower.
By comparison, the old colossals like Fin Fang From only have 49 clicks of life and effectively 2 stop clicks, and they cost 1000+ points. Of course, they have better combat values, but still.
Also, since it affects their point cost, it should probably activate during force construction, not at the beginning of the game.
Otherwise, he looks fun. Also, what would the sculpts for these figures look like? Stanley is easy enough, but the Narrator? It would be kind of boring if it was just an empty dial. Maybe a door with "427" written on it? Or the computer from Stanley's desk?

I wanted them to be able to be used in a decent point match, as they aren’t normally combative. I don’t know how well he would perform at a huge 800 point maximum, because while they may have double the health of modern colossal figs, they sure don’t dish out enough damage to win. The trait stopping ranged attacks is to force them to move in if they want to kill people. This putting them at more risk.
Would it be more or less powerful if they returned to the starting zone when they restarted? Maybe giving the enemy a chance to recuperate. I think I will put them at 75, due to low damage, no reducers, and maybe lower the strength of the last click? I wanted to put more in there than the first 4 clicks. What would you value the dial at without the last two clicks, but keeping the normal restart trait? Still too powerful?

The more I think about it, the more I think 8 restarts would just end up being tedious. It's a lot of clicks to push through, no matter how many points he is. The old Colossals got away with it because the were events. It was them vs a whole team, and sometimes several teams. You're right that he might not have the combat values to be worth 800 points, considering how rarely he can even damage opponents, but at lower point values it would just take too long.
Maybe restarting should be a one-off event. Something like this:
"FREE: Once per game, return every character on the map to their starting click."
It would affect everyone, which makes sense for a restart, so the strategy would lie in when you activate it.
Actually, something I like better could be this:
"DOUBLE POWER: Each player places all friendly characters in their starting area."
That one's based on wkM-028 Doctor Strange. I think this is a fun, repeatable way to implement restarting. You could still make it a one-off, or limit it with a number of tokens (or deal The Stanley Parable 1 unavoidable damage for using it), if you're worried people might spam it to pointlessly prolong the game.
Alternatively, if you want the 8 restarts, maybe just return them to one of their last clicks, rather than click 1. That would go a long way towards reducing the tedium. At that point, they should have a default point cost, that then got increased with each restart token.
In any case, they're difficult to value, since a lot of their abilities are so strange. It's difficult to find something to compare them to.
