Is the damage from Spock's barrier considered an attack? I was just curious if it would trigger power and ability effects that specify triggered by attacks.

It is not an attack.

RAGE FOR A DEAD WORLD: Hulk can use Super Strength and the Colossal Stamina ability. When Hulk is damaged by an attack, increase his combat values by +1 until he clears action tokens.

So Hulk would not get +1 to his combat values?

He only gets the +1 when he is hit by an attack.
