Yes. Power Cosmic and Indomitable specifically grant Willpower. They can't use Willpower regardless of the source (printed on dial, trait, team ability, etc.).

Colossal Stamina does not involve Willpower, and Zeus has no effect on it. It's important to note that Colossal Stamina does not deal pushing damage, it deals unavoidable damage, and Willpower and Colossal Stamina do not interact in anyway.
