INCAPACITATE: CLOSE/RANGE: Make a close/range attack. Hit targets are given an action token instead of normal damage. After resolutions if a hit target already had 2 action tokens, deal them 1 penetrating damage.
MYSTICS : Each time this character takes damage from an opposing character's attack, after resolutions deal the attacker 1 penetrating damage. Uncopyable.
Assume a character uses Incapacitate against a Mystics team ability user with 2 action tokens.
Under older rules, the penetrating damage for doing so would've led to Mystics' triggering its retaliatory damage.
Under current rules, it seems that Incapacitate's 1 penetrating damage in this instance is no longer connected to the attack itself, happening "after resolutions." If I am correct, this means that Mystics would not trigger.
QUESTION 1: Is the above a correct reading of the power?
