For LCMO's trait, "YOU CAN'T KILL THE ABSTRACT - CHAOS AND ORDER: When an opposing character critically misses one or more targets, give each opposing character an action token that deals no pushing damage"
If an opponent's first character critically misses and the whole team gets an action token, when does that happen? Immediately, after resolutions? And if it's immediately before the attack finishes is the character attacking getting the non damaging token first and then the token for taking the action to attack after, which could cause pushing damage?
Also, if the first attack crit misses, and the opposing team is tokened, will the rest of the team be allowed to attack this turn since they were already given a token?
And lastly, if the rest of the team didn't move, can they clear tokens this turn?
Thanks in advance!

It happens instantly since it is not an after resolutions effect:

TRIGGERED EFFECTS
• Other triggered effects use the words “when,” “whenever,” or “each time” but aren’t part of an “after resolutions” triggered effect. These effects resolve instantly as soon as the appropriate event triggers them.

Yes, assuming they only have one token. Characters are only prevented from being giving a costed action if they were already given a costed action this turn, not getting a token from other effects:

COSTED ACTIONS
Costed actions follow these rules:
<snip>
• Can NOT be activated if the character was already given a costed action this turn.

No.

4. CLEAR PHASE
First, remove all action tokens from each character on your force that did not receive an action token this turn from any effect.
And if it's immediately before the attack finishes is the character attacking getting the non damaging token first and then the token for taking the action to attack after, which could cause pushing damage?
Yes.
(Obviously if it was their third action token being given it would be ignored in the case where they were attacking with 1 token already and took a 2nd one from the critical miss.)

3) THE RULE OF ACTION TOKENS
No effect can result in more than two action tokens on a character. If an effect would cause this to happen, place action tokens on the character until it has two action tokens and ignore the rest. You can’t choose to use any effect that would cause your character to be given a third action token.
Thank you, Zandig! Wow, I was messing around with a LCMO and Alopex team last night and realized I wasn't 100% sure on everything above. Your post explained it perfectly. A character that didn't have an Alopex curse token was attacking first and happened to crit miss which brought up all the questions I had. With the way it all shakes out, the character didn't have willpower, so they got their first token from LCMO, took a click of damage from the crit fail, then took a second click of damage for getting a token for taking the action, finally the rest of the team (which had all cleared last turn) was tokened and was unable to clear this turn. Brutal.
Just keep in mind that if you were taking pushing damage and critical miss damage, you can choose the order, in case it helps you line up with Willpower.

Great point. Both are dealt "immediately after resolutions" so you might be able to save yourself a click if you order them correctly
