Never thought they’d make a Lock-Up without the Capture ability. All this guy ever did was incarcerate and assault people.

@VirtualAge This is actually the second Lock-Up clix they've made... first one didn't have the ability either. At this point I think they've just retired Capture completely, the last use of it afaik was back in the Batman set (2012).
