I'm so glad I lived to see the day we got the Phantasm in Clix form. One of my absolute favorite pieces of Batman media, with one of my absolute favorite villains (who has been criminally underused since then). All I'll say about the dial is that she's a little soft compared to similarly pointed figures in the set, and I wouldn't have minded some higher DVs or AVs to compensate for how quickly she'll get shredded if your opponent really focuses on her. Still, she's very thematic and movie-accurate. Absolutely love this piece.
Free smoke, the ability to travel through that smoke for free, 12 attack on lower point characters, Blades + EW combo, this thing is primed to pick off all the support pieces. She'd be especially dangerous in Sealed, where there's an awful lot of low-point figures. Honestly, I think this figure would have been even better if you kept everything identical but made her 100, or let's be crazy and say 105, just to increase her pool of targets. Even in the worst-case scenario where you won't have any little targets, she has an amazing close threat range, and free smoke is always useful.
It's not quite 6. Smoke Cloud has a minimum range of 4 and she's got no range. That means the furthest she can go without help is 4 squares unless there's some weird situation where you're moving around a wall, then it's 5. One of the markers has to be in her square, because "moving through" squares includes your own.
Squares that a character “moves through” includes all squares it occupied during that move, including the square it began movement in and the square it ends in.
I like when they replicate effects of characters with the existing powers, rather than limit themselves with the specific powers' names...
So for example I loved early in the pre oreo era that they could in fact give people psychic blast to replicate shooting armour piercing even if it was NOT technically a psychic based power.
I see this use of mystics as more how she creeped everyone out, and hurt them while they were scared... rather than ACTUAL magic
You can still make smoke in hindering terrain. Just end in a bush. You can also combine the free move with a regular movement, so she actually has a ton of mobility. You've got 11 squares you can use to get to someplace green.
