The best I can see (the image is quite fuzzy), the second trait reads...
Wielding the Gauntlet FREE: If Black Panther is on click# 1-6, turn black Panther's dial to another click From #1 to #6 noting his current click number. If you do, at the end of your turn return him to the noted click.
So just to be sure, if Black Panther takes pushing damage while using this trait, he will still return the "noted click number" at the end of your tun? Even if the pushing damage would push him onto click 7?

Assuming it's the correct text, yes. It's a similar concept to CWSOP Taskmaster but written in the new language... the triggered event is choosing and only requires he be on one of those clicks... it doesn't say he has to stay on that click. HOWEVER, if he's at 150 points, the line between 6 and 7 is a KO line so if he's on 6 and takes mystic damage (he's Power Cosmic so he can use Willpower), he's KO'd and won't return.
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
Yes. He'd also generate his Zombies. Just remember that specific click can only generate them once per game.
I would like to piggy-back on to this question for understanding purposes. My concern on this is when Black Panther pushes onto click #7. That click is a STOP click and says: Release the Dead to Turn the Tide: STOP. Combat Reflexes, Toughness. When this click is first revealed, after resolution generate 2 Zombie Warrior bystander. Black Panther can't be healed. (emphasis mine)
and here's some stuff on healing from the Rule Book
CLICKING A single position of the combat dial is called a “click.” Turning a dial in either direction (usually due to damage or healing) is called “clicking” the dial. When a character takes damage, that character’s player clicks the character’s combat dial once for each 1 damage taken, in the direction of increasing click numbers. An instruction to “click” the dial means to turn it in this direction. (page 2)
"HEALING Some effects allow a character to heal. When a character is healed, that character’s player clicks its combat dial once for each 1 damage healed, in the direction of decreasing click numbers. A character can’t be healed beyond its starting line that game, onto a KO click, or a click otherwise without any combat values. A character is not considered “healed” by an effect unless its dial is actually clicked." (page 6)
Is Black Panther really allowed back to click 1-6? Is this because the trait says "return him to the noted click"? Is "return" not "healing"? Because you are "clicking" the dial in the "heal" direction.
I'm not great with rules, so sorry if I'm over thinking this.

Although I want to agree with you, I believe this would be better suited for WIN to answer when the set is released.
I have a feeling that they would consider it as having been considered healed since the the dial is turning in that direction.
Now while some may say the effect does not say to "Heal", the fact that the dial is turning can be considered as taking damage/healing depending the way the dial is turned. <----This may be there stance
That's never been and never will be the case. This would absolutely destroy mechanics of the game and how dozens of pieces work, possibly breaking them completely. Why bother saying "Heal X 1 click" or "Damage X 1 click" when they could just say click up or down, or use them interchangeably? You're reading way too much into it and to no one's benefit. There's no reason to even have the question asked when the set releases because he's not the first or last to be able to click their dial.

No it can't, and no where in the rules does it state this. In fact, the Supplement very expressly says that you can click your dial in ways that are not damage/healing.
Pg. 1 of the Supplement
CLICKING
A dial is considered “clicked” anytime you have to turn the dial, regardless of the effect. There are effects other than damage and healing that may cause you to click a combat dial.

Release the Dead to Turn the Tide: STOP. Combat Reflexes, Toughness. When this click is first revealed, after resolution generate 2 Zombie Warrior bystander. Black Panther can't be healed.
Does Black panther generate zombie warrior tokens each time this click is revealed? Or will it be once per game? (first revealed)
We had a game where a player thought each time a different stop click was revealed he generated tokens.

That player is correct. It doesn't say power, it says click. Each click is revealed separately.
