If I play 2 Jennifer Kale on my team along with a character with "Man-Thing" in its name (for example, Man-Thing):
1) If Man-Thing currently has Regeneration showing on its dial, will both instances of "Queen of the Man-Things" add 1 to the healing for a total of 2 additional healing?
2) If Man-Thing does not currently have Regeneration showing on its dial, will one Jennifer Kale's granting of Regeneration cause the other Jennifer Kale's "Queen of the Man-Things" to recognize Man-Thing as a character that "already can [use Regeneration]," resulting in 1 additional healing?
I would ask on WIN... I say that only because I had asked them once before if a Green ring could give a figure the GL keyword and then a second (Lydea shenanigans) give the +1 to stats because of the GL keyword and they said no because it was the same effect... I could see it going either way on this one.
-Heroclix is not a game of logic, it's a game of strategy .... after all, when's the last time that you saw a giant (using a stealth ability) that was hiding behind a swingset... and nobody could SEE him????
This could definitely use some clarification from WK's, but no, it probably should not work. With this being a passive effect, they both apply and check at the same time (constantly), so neither effect would "see" the Regen being granted by the other. However, that's just me determining intent based of prior precedent, and it could easily go either way.

.. P18 rulebook.. sounds like the active player picks the order of applying these 2 effects (they do not have the UNIQUE .. text.. so I think they both apply)
"5) THE RULE OF THE ACTIVE PLAYER
The “active player” is the player that is currently taking
their turn. When order matters for effects or choices that
would resolve simultaneously, the active player chooses
the order in which to resolve those effects, though any
simultaneous effects with “immediately” must happen
before other simultaneous effects."

That doesn't apply to passive effects. Passive effects do not resolve. There is no order to choose, they both apply constantly.
Just for clarification, I think this is all only relating to question 2. As far as whether they stack and give +2 if it can already use Regen, I believe that would be an easier to accept 'yes'.
If the two traits combined, wouldn't that mean that with only one Jennifer Kale, you'd always get the +1 because once she gives Man-Thing Regen... they can "already" use Regen?

I would say "no" to this. The intent of the power is pretty clear that Jennifer Kale first checks to see if Man-Thing has Regeneration on his dial or card. If he doesn't, then she gives the power to him. If he does, she gives him the +1 to the amount he heals when he uses the power.
Yes, 'If they already can' is not specific by itself, it must point back to the preceeding sentence, and would mean that they would need to already be able to use Regen prior, in order for this part to trigger.
Yeah, I agree. I think you can get a +n to the Regen healing if you have n Jennifer Kales and a Man-Thing that can already use Regen. But I don't think you can activate the trait if Regen is being given by the same trait even if it's from another Jennifer Kale.
Yeah, just to clarify, a Man-Thing using Regen from his dial or some other source would be able to get multiple bonuses from multiple Jennifer Kales. But the Regen from any given Kale would never "see" the Regen from the others, so the bonuses wouldn't apply.
