My friend and I are playing around with making a good team for this Thanos as well as making a good counter team for it.

My idea is to make a box of penetrating poison figures. Any suggestions, I dont know which characters are best for this or would be fun to play around with this.

As for a strategy against, I know there are some figures that have powers based around your opponents starting area, under the assumption that the kill box is created there or near there, also suggestions welcome here as well.

Ameridroid and pocket tank allow you to place your opponents. Ameridroid is the cheaper and better option for that.

JSA green lantern can then box them up.

Two Green Lanterns can alternate the boxing up.

Both have past keyword, and for that particular strategy you want a theme team to win map so you can go indoors.

The new Tri-sentinel is also past keyword and can walk into GL's barrier to ping the opponents for 1 each time.

For penetrating poison, I suggest considering a Red Lantern battery, and some of the Red Lantern corps members (such as Atrocitus, for increased pen-poison joy). Others have used figures that have the Capture ability. The one I've seen used the most is Captain Mar-vell from Secret Invasion, since he also has Prob control.
