Just trying to wrap my head around the new rules a bit. I think it works like this but just making sure. If there is a power such as this:

KRYPTONITE ARROWS: When Green Arrow hits with a ranged attack, the hit target can't use defense powers until your next turn. If the hit target has the Kryptonian keyword also give it an action token.

Then the power cosmic TA wouldn't protect against it, correct? It gives protectedutwit but this isn't outwit, right? Or does the fact that Nu-outwit is a "can't use" effect and Power Cosmic prevents that mean it also prevents other can't use effects?

Power Cosmic only protects against Outwit. Unless the effect is generated from Outwit, Power Cosmic does not protect against it.
