At first I thought, oh that's neat. All movement powers. But then, charge and flurry with plasticity, 12 attack, stealth, and mastermind. Or hypersonic or P/T if you need to get away. Just nasty on those top 2 clicks.

She doesn't get Stealth so you need to use some other source (like the Nightbringer).

She was my competitive team tentpole with Nightshade (who call her to adjacent hindering square) and set Nico Minoru (TK and double PC), and two Bily Batsons (two Perplex) for a mystic theme team.

Give her Goblin Glider and you opponent will need decide if they want to outwit RS (so she can't RS and PW) leaving her with all other Speed Powers, and or outwit the Dragon leaving her with RS and PW.
