It’s incredibly frustrating that this isn’t a better taxi than it is, especially considering this is clearly what they intended to be. Give him “when part of a Runaways theme team and using Carry, his speed value is locked at 5” and it would make him infinitely better. By the sheer nature of costing just 35 points and having MUCH better numbers, he does compare favorable to the HoT Chase, but just barely. I really wish they’d just release the Leapfrog as a vehicle already.
