This dial reminds me of Mutant Mayhem Loki, just way better. Colorful dial, good power set, I want one.

Terrible in 300pt games. For all his fancy tricks he mostly stands still waiting to die.

1 is bad, 2 is meh, 3 could go either way, 4 is ok but you are probably using this effect at start of turn so it may or may not be useful. 5 is good, 6 is great. His biggest problem is his cost, at 150 there are just so many better options with willpower that will be much more useful. This is more of a "fun" piece than a good one.
