1) Captain Marvel flies to O10 and picks up the Mass Absorber.

free) Supremor Sidesteps to G4

free) Private 6 Sidesteps to H4

free) Lt 5 Sidesteps to I3

free) Lt 4 Sidesteps to G3.

2) Ronan moves to H3 picking up HO

free) Sentry Sidesteps to J/K-3/4

free) Supremor chooses Probability Control.

PC Instructions: Supremor will use PC on the first SA he sees on himself or Ronan.

Just confirming that the BFC of Shrunk minimizes the range of Pro Control from 6 to 3 is that correct?

If an effect says that a value (often a combat value) has a “maximum” value and the final result of calculating that value would be greater, use that maximum value instead.In both cases, all replacements, modifiers, and increases/decreases continue to apply, and only the final result of the calculation is changed.

Looks like this is saying that nothing can drop the calculation before the minimum. So a character with a range of 6 that has their range halved to 3 would still be able to use PC within 6 since that's the minimum range.

Oh I read that as use the new value reduced below minimum or above maximum instead...like how perplex can reduce or extend those values below the min/max. But we’ll be playing by the same structure so on we go!
