Improved targeting question

So if you can use "improved targeting: ignores blocking terrain", it says that lines of fire are not blocked by Blocking terrain, that includes walls also, correct? Thx...

Yes. Walls are a subset of blocking terrain. See page 21 of the Core Rulebook.
