Whoo, that's quite the game! This is multi-player? Which Oracle are you using?
I will say the BTAS pieces with the Justice League Unlimited trait are a little more self-sufficient than pieces with regular Leadership, since the JLU trait doesn't require adjacency. The BTAS Superman, on the other hand, you're going to want to keep adjacent to your softer characters for the Leadership and once-per-game Mastermind.
If you're playing the BTAS Hawk duo and keeping them on the generally-better Hawkgirl line (Hypersonic Speed/Precision Strike/Super Senses/Outwit), that would be a good buddy for Superman. First off, the Hawks are too many points for the JLU trait, so Supes' regular Leadership will help, and second, if they miss their Super Senses roll you can then choose to Mastermind onto Superman. Just don't leave him behind with all the Sidestepping the Hawks do!
Superman's once-per-game ability is Hypersonic Speed. He always gives Mastermind.
Anyway, one of my preferred strategies is to make Batarangman and Zatanna team up. Being able to shoot through everything for 4/5 damage is awesome. The B:TAS team is rather close-oriented, so you'll probably want a map with lots of hindering terrain and walls. I think the Gotham Museum would be wonderful here. Wonder Woman will probably be very helpful for her Empower, so she'll want to group up. I like having Superman run with Batman. They'll need a 20 to hit him up close, and then he'll just pass that off to Superman.
Beyond that, there really isn't much way to plan for such a game. You'll have 10 actions (can't reach 11 with a leader), so every turn is going to be majorly swingy. You're also going to be facing Pulse Wave for sure. I played a 2000 point event once, and my strategy was more in my team composition than what I was actually going to do in-game. You won't have a plan very long.
For Wonder Woman, make sure you keep your close combat pieces closer to her. That special Lasso power that lets her bring opposing people adjacent to her will let you easily dog pile on anyone you decide to single out. For Zatanna, make sure you always keep her 2 bats out. Even if they're no doing anything, you wanna remind yourself to keep them out an ready to supply the Enhancement or make your opponent waste an attack if they want to kill the bats to keep you from getting the boosts
"Only" 10 figures so could be out-numbered by an opposing faction but this is for fun purposes, no competitive (even if Mary Marvel & Big Barda are heavy weights)
Way enough flight to carry everyone, half of indom, stealth for the trinity & zat/kid flash thanks to batsy, JLU to remove an action token x3 with the JLU BTAS ability, lot of damage starting at 3/4, I am curious of the potential.
Oh yeah, and I guess about strategy, harass with the HSS, go close tie-up with trinity + couple, range with arrow and feel free with EM/Zat and her lovely bats !
