Unequip: Drop

Free: Choose a standard power. Then Roll a D6. 5-6 choose an additional power. 1-2 Deal this character 1 click of unavoidable damage. The character can use the chosen power until your next turn.

Also, Wild Dial vampires. Not only could they benefit from HSS to get in to make the attack and get away, the Steal Energy can offset the unavoidable damage if they roll poorly.
