At top speed, between 30-40min. Depends a LOT on the boosted 5* and the 5* Essential node involved and whether there are a few wave nodes and such.
For this PVE in aprticular, it went much faster. I usually use Gritty, but with Thanos boosted (where my max-champed Thanos does 8K to each enemy when one is KO'd), I found that Thanos/Peggy (also boosted, so dealing out 18K)/3* Iron Man (to ramp up Peggy) was VERY effective. Finished my clears in 28 minutes.

Thanks for the insight. I guess the more toons I get and the higher level they are, the faster I will go. It took me 2 hours to complete the first 4 in all nodes, which kept me up till 1am (11pm start). My team was Thanos/Strange/Deadpool. I would sub out Strange when I would face a team that didn't have any Maggia.
BTW the new node took 60-75 minutes last night, I can't remember I was too tired. That is thanks to a lot of MAggia.

Well, I think I am finally comfortable stopping my opening of LLs. I got a green Hela this morning.
That puts her only at 3/3/5, but when she gets a feeder, then she will be completed (most likely) when the feeder is at 300. That is reasonable, and depending on who it is, may already be achieved.
I should hopefully be able to get a decent amount of rebuilding done to my stash. Rescue is done, and Storm is at 2/5/5.
Thinking about that, I suppose that I could apply the same logic about feeders to her and not bother opening any LLs until all three of them have rotated out. Thoughts?

IF Storm came after Rescue, I am sure you can finish her up right before she rotates out while trying to chase the newest 2. The big problem is that it would be a lot easier statistically to finish Hela than Storm, but Hela rotates out first.
So, it seems that it is best to stop and keep Hela as your BH whenever that is possible.

In general 5* feeders (4* champ progression levels that give a 5* cover) work like this...
1) given at levels 280, 300, 320, 340, 350, and 360
2) come in the order top, middle, bottom, top middle, bottom
3) covers are given retroactively for feeders already past those levels
(AFAIK, The only one who strays from this pattern is Kitty’s feeder who gives them in a weird order.)
Where Hela currently stands she is 3/3/5.
Where Storm currently stands she is 2/5/5.
What that most likely means is that when they are given their feeders the first covers I get from them will lead to their completion.
With Hela, I will need her feeder to hit 300. That will give me one top and one middle, completing her at 4/4/5.
With Storm, I only need the feeder at 280 to get one top to complete her at 3/5/5.
Neither character is one I am desperate to complete, so I can play the patience game with them.
Right now, if I pop a 5* cover, I will only have a 33% chance that the cover is usable. If I wait until they all cycle out, then I will (most likely) have a 100% success rate when I begin pulling.

But how long will you have to wait until there is a feeder? There are 10 that don't have a feeder and many are a lot older than Hela.

How long doesn’t much matter. It will happen at some point, so there is no reason to waste tokens and cp chasing something that will come naturally later.
