I haven't had the chance to try this out, but it seems that EAX Vulturion and Tinkerer would be a good 50 point investment to support Klaw. Vulturion can obviously taxi Klaw but also gives him ESD top dial, while having Tinkerer to give him both Empower and Enhancement. Throw SFSM Baron Zemo in the mix to give Klaw both Sidestep and +1 Attack, and Klaw could have an 11 attack, 14 range, 20 defense from range, and 4 penetrating damage, plus the perplex to use where you see fit
