Tough call between which is a better 50 pt Picard between this one and the FF one. I'd probably say this one is better for smaller point games. 18 defend is extremely useful in Starfleet as where many figs have 17 or less def. That 6 leadership roll can be brutal too. Play with ensign crusher to double your chances at it.
