Empower worf. Klingons have more melee options than starfleet does however i can see him fitting well onto both teams. Since you are granting def at range it does put your opponent in a difficult situation. Attack the high def range characters or come in close and deal with Invlu/CR worf granting empower to the team. Add in the indom and he's definitely worth his points.
