Special Objects have to be at least 5 squares from a starting area so I placed the Cosmic Cube in I3 instead. You can change that if you want it elsewhere but that was in the same row and as close to the starting area as possible.

All good didn’t know if the cube was a special object or LO new placement is fine.
Remind me again if anything like the Shield TA or Kobik’s Cube (don’t have but for future options) can increase range beyond the limitation of 6 with this BFC?

I remember we played with this before but with Contingency Plan in place or Thanos I think. I was just talking about this BFC a couple months ago with a judge friend of mine who actually played in the hayday of BFCs (he was not a fan, lol). He pointed out to me that we almost had it correct. We were increasing range to greater than 6 using the tokens or some other way of doing it. However, the first sentence stops that - "characters with a range of 6" was all encompassing. It made whatever the printed range was to a 6 but if there was an increase to the range somehow it meant their range was now higher than 6 and this would take it back down to 6. The Perplex clarification on the card was before modifiers got crazy like they are now and is superfluous.
TLDR - Nothing can make the range greater than 6.
As it doesn't matter based on where you are, I just won't choose lol! I'll go ahead and make the choice on my turn, assuming you will make the Free action, to keep the flow going.
